Good morning. I want to make your Belgian bun receipe but can i make it into a giant bun for a birthday cake or would it ruin and not cook through properly. Many thanks. Melanie

Hi Melanie,
I’ve never tried this, but i’ve seen people do something similar with cinnamon rolls so I should work. Once you’ve made your rectangle of bun with the filling spread on top – cut it into 4 long strips. Roll the first one up, then put it on top of the next, and roll that one the other way (so right to left first, then left to right). Once you’ve rolled everything up pop it in a cake tin to rise. Cook it at around 160-170 for 45 minutes to an hour. Cover it with foil if it’s browning too quickly.
