This tasty, crunchy, sweet dish of rhubarb crumble, is the perfect dessert for celebrating rhubarb season.

- 175 g Self-raising flour
- 175 g Butter softened
- 175 g Granulated sugar
- A bunch of rhubarb
- 3 tbsp sugar
Preheat the oven to 190C/170 fan
Mix together the butter, flour and sugar until you have a fine breadcrumb.
Add the flour, sugar and butter to a large mixing bowl or food processor if you are using on.
If you are making the crumble by hand, rub the pieces of butter/flour/sugar together until you have a breadcrumb. Shake the bowl to make the larger pieces come to the surface and then rub them in.
If you are short for time, you can also mix it together in a food processor.
Prepare the rhubarb and place it in a baking dish.
Pour over the crumble mix
