Vegetable fritters a great finger food for babies and toddlers who are weaning and easy enough for young chefs to help make. They are also a great way of introducing different vegetables to kids, especially if you combine them with something they already know and love.

- 2 small carrots grated
- Half a pepper diced
- 100 g sweetcorn
- 3 spring onions sliced
- ¼ tsp mustard powder optional
Measure out the dry ingredients
Measure out the wet ingredients
Break the 2 eggs into a separate bowl or measuring jug. Add the milk. Whisk it together.
Pour the mixture slowly into the flour and stir it ll together.
Add the vegetables to your mixture and stir it all together.
