Make the skeleton biscuits
Bake the skeleton cookies
Pop the cookies in the oven for around 10 minutes. They’re ready when the edges are starting to turn a little golden.
Leave them to cool on the baking trays for a minute or two before removing them and placing them on a wire rack to cool completely.
Decorate the skeleton cookies
In a small bowl, mix some icing sugar (around 2-3 tbsp) with a few tsp of water. You want it to be runny enough that you can pipe your skeleton but not too runny or it'll just smudge. Put the icing in an icing piper or a small freezer/zip lock bag. Cut a tiny hole in one corner and pipe your skeleton designs.
