For the lemon sponge Butter, caster sugar,  Self-raising flour, baking powder 4 eggs, milk & the rind of 2 lemons

For the lemon drizzle  Granulated sugar & Lemon juice

Find out how to make it...

Add all the lemon sponge ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix.

Add the batter to a loaf tin. Bake for about an hour.

Make the lemon drizzle and spoon it on top.

Serve and enjoy!
