Measurement converter

We generally prefer measuring using scales and grams. I find it more accurate than cups and we tend to make less mess but I know not everyone is the same. Use this guide to convert from cups to grams or vice versa to make the most out of our recipes:

Dry ingredient equivalents
1 tbsp = 14.18g = 3tsp
1/8 cup = 30g = 2tbsp
1/4 cup = 55g = 4tbsp
1/3 cup =75g = 5 1/3tbsp
1/2 cup = 115g = 8tbsp
2/3 cup = 150g = 10-2/3tbsp
3/4 cup = 170g = 12tbsp
1 cup = 225g = 16tbsp

Liquid Ingredient Equivalents:
1 cup = 8 fl oz = 1/2 pint = 236ml
2 cups = 16 fl oz = 1 pint = 473ml
4 cups = 32 fl oz = 2 pints = 1 quart = 946ml
8 cups = 64 fl oz = 4 pints = 1892ml
